1. Introduction

Planify ("Planify", "we", "us", "our") provides a digital hosting platform that helps property hosts manage listings, availability, bookings, and guest communication.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate account and listing details.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account credentials.

3. Platform Role

Planify is a technology platform. We do not own, operate, or control the listed properties.

  • Hosts are responsible for listing accuracy, property condition, and compliance.
  • Guests are responsible for lawful use of booked properties and adherence to house rules.
  • Planify does not guarantee occupancy, revenue, or booking volume.

4. Listings & Content

  • Hosts must provide truthful descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability.
  • Misleading or fraudulent listings may be removed without notice.
  • By uploading content, you confirm you have rights to use it and grant Planify permission to display it on the platform.

5. Payments, Fees & Payouts

  • Platform fees, commissions, or subscription charges are disclosed to hosts during onboarding.
  • Payouts are processed according to the payout schedule and verification requirements.
  • Planify may withhold payouts when fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations are suspected.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refund outcomes depend on the cancellation policy attached to each booking.
  • Planify may intervene in exceptional cases to protect platform integrity.
  • Platform fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • No fraud, impersonation, fake reviews, abusive behavior, or unlawful activity.
  • No attempts to bypass platform controls, security, or payment processes.
  • No content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

8. Suspension & Termination

Planify may suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated, fraud is suspected, or legal obligations require action.

We may also remove listings that create safety, trust, or compliance risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Planify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid to Planify by the party making the claim during the relevant transaction period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
